Who we are

Algobash (“We”) understand the importance of each user’s personal data when using the Algobash platform (“Platform”, “Application” or “Web Application”).
We have two websites that will access and store your data:

  • team2.algobash.com or team.algobash.com which all of the users accessing this website will be referred to User Company
  • app2.algobash.com which all of the users accessing this website will be referred to User Candidate.

If the data collection applied to both User, we will refer to the term User.

On this page, we will explain the protection of your data on our platform.

Data we collect

Data we will collect and store includes but is not limited to:

Personal Data

Personal data provided by the User is submitted consciously without being under pressure or coercion from any party. The data that we will collect and store includes but is not limited to (1) Full Name, (2) Email Address, (3) Mobile Number, (4) Gender, (5) LinkedIn URL, (6) GitHub URL, and (7) Resume File.

Assessment Data

  1. Webcam and Share Screen Snapshots: Some assessments will ask User to activate their webcam and screen share as a proctoring solution for the whole assessment.
  2. Video Interview Data: Some assessments will ask the User to record the interview in the form of video(s).
  3. Written Assessment Data: We will store all of the written assessment data on our platform for the usage of the companies hiring.
  4. File Assessment Data: We will store all of the file assessment data on our platform for the usage of the companies hiring.
  5. AI Analysis Data: We will store the AI result on our platform for the usage of the companies hiring.

Technical Data

We collect information that is sent by your browser including your IP address, login information, browser type and version, time zone, operating system, and platform.

Cookies & Data Tracker

We use cookies and similar technologies to track activity and store some data. The cookies we use include session cookies, preference cookies, and security cookies.

Another data tracking we use is Google Analytics. Google Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google to track and monitor website traffic. We also use Tawk.to to communicate with clients during issue resolution and this service also requires cookies to track between different clients. Tawk.to is a live chat platform to help businesses communicate with clients and website visitors to deliver customer support.

For AI analysis, we use Google, Amazon, and/or OpenAI technology for our AI processing which may caused sharing data with one or more services provided by Google, Amazon, and/or OpenAI.

Embedded content from other websites

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Data Retention

For Users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see and edit their personal information at any time.

Not all User Candidate accessing our app dashboard can delete their data since the data is related to the assessment result conducted by User Company. Not all User Company had been using our platform can delete their data since it’s related to the trial data. However, you can always ask the website administrator for any problems.

Assessment Data covering webcam and share screen snapshots, coding process, and video interview data will be terminated in 30 (thirty) days calendar to protect User Candidate privacy. However, other assessment data and analysis will not be deleted.

Data Ownership

All personal data related to the personal information that you send, provide, upload, or provide to us while using the Platform is still yours.

All of the Assessment Data that User Candidate fill, send, upload, or provide is belonging to User Company

Data Confidentiality

The personal data that you store and provide to Algobash will be guaranteed its confidentiality. We will use your personal data with care and will not use your personal data commercially to any third parties.

Data Usage

By becoming a user on our platform, you consent to the use of data by Algobash for: (1) Verification of personal data contained in your account, (2) Providing services and service changes to you, (3) monitoring your use of services, (4) Providing customer service and support, (5) Providing analysis or other valuable data so that we can improve our services.
